Biannual Meeting

Political Theory and Innovation Network (POLITEIA) organizes its biannual meeting during the International Conference of the Consortium for Research in Political Theory (CRIPT). The Biannual Meeting and International Conference includes a large spectrum of issues in humanities and social sciences and offers an interdisciplinary and innovative forum for research and teaching by promoting the value of mutual understanding and collaboration.  

Joint Workshops in Political Theory and Practice

Beginning with 2018, Political Theory and Innovation Network (POLITEIA) and the Consortium for Research in Political Theory (CRIPT) has launched “Joint Workshops in Political Theory and Practice” with the cooperation of Hacettepe University (Turkey), Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (Morocco), Universidad del Atlántico (Colombia), and the Universidad Finis Terrae  (Chile). In collaboration with the Association for Political Theory and Applied Interpretation (POLITEUM), joint workshops are being organized as part of the "Political Theory Colloqium" 2020 onwards. 

Reading Groups and Micro-Film Sessions

Jointly organized with the Society for Political Theory (PTT), and the Association for Political Theory and Applied Interpretation (POLITEUM); POLITEIA initiates readings groups and micro-film sessions relevant to political theory. Reading groups and micro-film sessions aim to structure and facilitate constructive, interpretative and critical discussions. 

Summer School in Political Theory

POLITEIA and CRIPT jointly organize the Summer School in Political Theory, which offers cutting-edge courses in a vast spectrum of topics in political theory and practice. The Summer School takes place at Hacettepe University, Department of Political Science and Public Administration in Ankara, Turkey, from mid-July to late-August. The preliminary list and schedule of the confirmed courses and the details of registration will be available here soon.
